Tax Planning
- This is where we sit down and discuss your current situation and what we could do better to maximize tax savings. Then we look at the things that you plan to do during the year and properly prepare for any events like asset purchases or sales, business expansion, etc. Then we look at the type of things that we can do to get some extra tax breaks.

Tax Preparing
- Taking all the info, cleaning up anything that I need to adjust for tax purposes, and start preparing the companies' and the partner's personal tax returns. Also includes 941s that have to be filed quarterly and any other quarterly payments needed (like use tax and such).

Bookkeeping
- We offer different levels of bookkeeping. We offer the Basic bookkeeping which is mainly reconciling bank accounts/credit cards and issuing financial statements on a monthly basis. Then, we offer Advanced bookkeeping which can be a combination of basic bookkeeping plus A/R and/or A/P services, along with monthly financial statements. Lastly we offer Full bookkeeping service which includes Advanced bookkeeping and project profitability (or budget analysis) to fit the firm's needs.

Outsourced CFO
- Analyzing financial data to help company owner understand the companies’ shortcomings as well as its profitability. Depending on the company and industry there is different analysis that we do in order to help in the business’ decision making process on a month to month basis. Recommendations on growth and investment possibilities.

Juliana Hernandez
Owner
Juliana Hernandez was born and raised in Venezuela. She moved to the US when she was 17 and went to Louisiana State University where she obtained her undergrad and grad school degree. After earning her CPA degree and earning years of experience in public accounting and private accounting with some of the most prestigious firms here she opened CPA Accounting Solutions, LLC.
Juliana is an expert in construction accounting. However, Juliana and her team manage a variety of clients in other industries in which she became and indispensable part of the team. She has been outsourced as the CFO of the largest newspaper in the south (The Advocate), one of the largest Substance Abuse Center (The Grove of LA), one of the largest civil construction companies in Louisiana (Five S Construction), among others. Juliana also specializes in taxes and have successfully saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars a year with proper tax planning and tax preparing.
